Why the women's wellbeing club
The idea of The Women's Wellbeing Club began as Nicole, our founder, struggled with her own hormonal symptoms for several years battling with skin issues, cycle management and stress, in amongst navigating corporate life. After working with different coaches herself, and trying to dig deeper, there was nothing and no one out there to help and support women at all stages of life, with the knowledge and education to back it up.
Our whole objective within TWWC is to enable women and those around us to make informed and educated decisions. What started as a small women's fitness group has now grown into an award winning global community focussed on supporting women's health and wellbeing. Not only do we support on a 1:1 basis with specific diagnosis, conditions or goals, but we now deliver courses to other coaches in female health to upscale them and their businesses, and we offer workplace training in women's wellbeing to support wider initiatives. There is still a huge misunderstanding and lack of funding across the board when it comes to women's health, and at TWWC we are here to bridge that knowledge and implementation gap.

The gap that needed to be filled

Nicole worked in the corporate space for over 10 years after graduating university with her first degree. Working in corporate opened up lots of opportunities, climbing the career ladder and post-graduate study with an MBA. But this is where the missing pieces of the puzzle were so obvious.
The lack of women's health support in and outside of the workplace, getting to an age where you definitely should know things that aren’t being taught properly, and partner that with the non-existent touch points of female health in any standard fitness and health qualification is pretty shocking.
TWWC has been built from real-life insights of working in the corporate space in multiple large organisations, and specific female centric qualifications. Nicole has several years of face to face and online coaching experience, certifications across fitness, nutrition, female anatomy and physiology, blood-work, menstrual health and menopause and now pursuing another post-graduate study with a MSc in Women's Health.
