Our Journey
The Women's Wellbeing Club began with a simple idea that there is not enough support out in the world for women in the health and fitness space. Our main objective within the club is to enable women to make informed and educated decisions about their bodies and their lives. What started as a small women's fitness community has now grown into something far beyond what we could have imagined, supporting women through career changes, relationships and getting married, raising families, obtaining their dream physiques with mental clarity, and vitally understanding what is going on in their bodies and why.

Where it all began
It all began in 2022 when I (Nicole) decided to gain some fitness qualifications during the dreaded lockdown alongside my corporate job in Finance and Insurance. After quickly realising that I loved the learning process and helping other people become fitter and stronger, my deeper dive (or what I like to call my ADHD info-hole) into female health blew up. Working in the corporate space for over 10 years, I saw day in day out the amount of women that were struggling with things like their:
Work-life balance
Understanding of when and what they should eat to help their energy levels
Fitness and overall health and wellbeing
Fertility and other chronic symptoms
Mindset and having the self belief to go after their own goals
Hormonal changes around their cycle and then through the menopausal transition
Armed with a vision and a lot of determination to help more women in the best way that I could, after a couple of years of teaching gym classes, a small amount of online 1:1 clients and a load more qualifications, I set out to create something that had not been created before…
A place where a woman could come too at any age, to get the support, education and guidance across several aspects of health and wellbeing all in one place...

Within the exclusive 1:1 community you have access to me (Nicole) as your head coach alongside several other support coaches from different specialisms in women's health and wellbeing.
You have your own bespoke plans and goals within your own mobile app alongside your own log in access to our incredible education hub, with live and on demand videos and resources, also available via an app or desktop.
