The Women's Wellbeing Club has 3 main pillars
Nutrition as fuel
Are you still doing the yo-yo dieting with nothing actually working? The over restriction is killing you, and it’s not doing anything at all for your hormone regulation, it’s only causing you more problems, trust me. You’ll have bespoke meal inspiration partnered with the education and guidance on what and why you should be eating certain things to not only fuel your day to day, but to become stronger, look and feel better, and support your long days at the office or looking after the kids.
Health, fitness and understanding your body
We will actually work through what do you enjoy, how do you want to look and feel, what works for your schedule, is there anything impacting this right now eg. age, hormones, other abnormalities?
Mindset and education
In the club, we believe that without education you won’t stick to anything. Our brains are designed to process information and use that information to benefit us in the now, or at a later date. Within The Women’s Wellbeing Club, there is a huge focus on education. So much so, there is a whole app just for this with live and on-demand resources. Think podcast style sessions, webinars and documentation from all of your available coaches across all of their different specialisms.

What to Expect

Here's how our coaching process works within The Women's Wellbeing Club.
Initial Discovery Call
You’ll hop on a call with Nicole to discuss your goals and what you are looking to achieve, any challenges you are facing, and you can ask any questions to see if the coaching is aligned with what you want.
Onboarding and Set Up
Based on your needs and goals, we'll develop a tailored plan to guide you step by step and give you access to your own app and education hub.
Your Roadmap
Everyone has their own roadmap with key milestones and dates to work towards. We will constantly be tracking your progress on your own app, alongside several touch points through-out each week to suit your communication style. There is a formal weekly check in where you receive tailored feedback again to make sure you have all the tools and strategies to always be progressing in all areas of your wellbeing.
Ongoing Support
Alongside your touch points throughout the week with Nicole, you’ll always have access to the education hub for trainings, resources and webinars.
Our Coaches

Owner, founder and head coach
Nicole has been coaching since the dreaded covid lockdown in 2020 whilst still working in the corporate world after gaining a degree in Bristol. Balancing corporate life, and completing the Level 2 and 3 fitness qualifications, working as an in person trainer and teaching classes at a local gym, was incredibly difficult, but the deeper dive into female health began.
The online coaching business launched shortly after this to help more women with their overall wellbeing, whilst adding more qualifications and certifications to her belt in female anatomy, pre and post natal, and menopause, oh and an MBa in Business and Strategic Leadership! Then in April 2024, she said goodbye to the corporate world to pursue women's wellbeing and education full time. In August 2024 The Women's Wellbeing Club was born and the rest they say is history.

Support Coaches
At any one time we have multiple support coaches on hand to provide extra education and resources to all of our community. The support coaches deliver sessions and webinars each month within their own specialism to ensure you get the best all round guidance and advice for all things women's wellbeing. We have support coaches ranging from nutritionists, life coaches, recovery experts and personal stylists.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely not! This is a women's only group.
Everyone is different, which is important to remember! Some people may see results slightly quicker than others. But, if you stick to everything you are given and recommended you should expect to see results, both physically and mentally, within the first 30 days.
Coaching packages are different for each individual as we have different ways that you can pay. You can pay on a monthly subscription basis or for larger blocks of time upfront. We try to be as flexible as we can with payments, for example, if you needed to do something weekly, we would try and accommodate this.
We have referral packages, so if you know someone in the team please let us know! If you would like to join as a group of friends or family then we can accommodate this too!
If you want to secure your place in the team for a particular start date we can take a small deposit. But, I would really encourage you to think about why you can’t take action now.There is never a right time to do anything as life, work or other commitments can get in the way.Our coaching is designed to be tailored to your specific lifestyle and day to day needs, so it will work if you are open and honest about what you need help with.
