Within the community you have direct access to Nicole, alongside several tools, frameworks and resources to support you in your health and wellbeing journey.
You will have access to your bespoke plans and goals within your own mobile app, alongside your own log in access to our incredible education hub, with live and on demand videos and resources, also available via an app or desktop.

Hormone Health
We will focus on your body and what could be impacting your symptoms right now like age, day to day lifestyle, hormonal management, and other any abnormalities. We will be working to your schedule and what we find to determine next steps and a plan forward.
Fuelling the Female Body
The unknown chaos and over restriction is disrupting your hormonal regulation and communication system from your brain. This leaves you lethargic, frumpy and unhappy. There are opportunities for bespoke meal planning partnered with education and guidance on the what’s and why’s on fuelling your body correctly.
Education and Evidence
TWWC is built on educating with correct and evidence based information so that things make sense. No more confusion with complicated terminology. You can implement things straight away and build on it for future.

What to Expect

Initial Discovery
Chatting with Nicole to discuss your goals and what you are looking to achieve and any challenges you are currently facing. We will see if any of our coaching programs suit your needs and you can ask any questions to see if the coaching is aligned with what you want.
Onboarding
Based on your needs and goals, we'll develop the right plan and program for you. You will be given your own access to our app and educational resources straight away.
Roadmap
Everyone has their own roadmap with key milestones and dates to work towards. We build this together with any plans you have taken into consideration. Everything in our app allows us to track your progress properly.
Ongoing Support
Alongside your direct communication with Nicole, you’ll always have access to the education hub for trainings, resources and webinars.
