With our 1:1 coaching, you’ll receive completely personalised support tailored to your unique needs, challenges, and aspirations.

Understanding your body

Within the 1:1 community you have access to Nicole throughout the week, every week, as your personal coach, alongside tools and resources from several other support coaches across different specialisms in women's health and wellbeing.
You have bespoke plans and goals within your own mobile app alongside your own log in access to our incredible education hub, with live and on demand videos and resources, also available via an app or desktop.

Understanding your body
We will focus on your body and if there is anything impacting this right now like age, day to day lifestyle, hormonal management, or other abnormalities. Actually working to your schedule and what you enjoy to determine how you want to look and feel.
Nutrition as fuel
The unknown chaos and over restriction is disrupting your hormonal regulation and leaving you lethargic, frumpy and unhappy. We work with bespoke meal inspiration partnered with the education and guidance on what and why you should be eating certain things to fuel your body correctly.
Mindset and education
Our brains are designed to process information and use that information to benefit us in the now, or at a later date. This is why we focus so much on education, understanding why things happen and rewiring the brain.

What to Expect

Here's how our coaching process works within The Women's Wellbeing Club.
Initial Discovery Call
You’ll hop on a call with Nicole to discuss your goals and what you are looking to achieve, any challenges you are facing, and you can ask any questions to see if the coaching is aligned with what you want.
Onboarding and Set Up
Based on your needs and goals, we'll develop a tailored plan to guide you step by step and give you access to your own app and education hub.
Your Roadmap
Everyone has their own roadmap with key milestones and dates to work towards. We will constantly be tracking your progress on your own app, alongside several touch points through-out each week to suit your communication style. There is a formal weekly check in where you receive tailored feedback again to make sure you have all the tools and strategies to always be progressing in all areas of your wellbeing.
Ongoing Support
Alongside your touch points throughout the week with Nicole, you’ll always have access to the education hub for trainings, resources and webinars.
Our Coaches

FOUNDER & YOUR PERSONAL COACH
Nicole is an award winning coach and educator, and has been helping women since 2020. She has real-life insight and experience trying to manage personal health and hormone struggles day to day after living the corporate life for over 10 years. Partnering that up with multiple degrees, certifications in female anatomy and hormones, blood-work, menopause and now a CPD member and trainer, you are in well capable hands to make sure we find a solution that works for you.

Support Coaches
At any one time we have multiple support coaches on hand to provide extra education and resources to all of our community. The support coaches deliver sessions and webinars each month within their own specialism to ensure you get the best all round guidance and advice for all things women's wellbeing. We have support coaches ranging from nutritionists, life coaches, skin experts and personal stylists.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely not! This is a women's only group.
Everyone is different, which is important to remember! Some people may see results slightly quicker than others. But, if you stick to everything you are given and recommended you should expect to see results, both physically and mentally, within the first 30 days.
Coaching packages are different for each individual as we have different ways that you can pay. You can pay on a monthly subscription basis or for larger blocks of time upfront. We try to be as flexible as we can with payments, for example, if you needed to do something weekly, we would try and accommodate this.
We have referral packages, so if you know someone in the team please let us know! If you would like to join as a group of friends or family then we can accommodate this too!
We offer deposit options to secure your place at a later date. But, we would also encourage you to think about why you’re wanting to start later down the line. There is never a right time to do anything as life, work or other commitments can get in the way, and our coaching is designed around your lifestyle.
If you're ready to take action, gain clarity, and see meaningful long lasting change, then our 1:1 coaching is designed for you. If you are looking for a quick fix, don't want to commit to something for longer than 4-6 weeks this is not for you.
