Courses and Training

Nicole, wearing glasses and a black ‘The Women’s Wellbeing Club’ t-shirt, sits against a softly lit wall, playfully running her hands through her hair. A warm-glowing floor lamp stands to her left, casting an inviting ambiance.

The Female Blueprint

Nicole

The standard fitness qualifications that allow anyone to design training programmes and work with women, don’t cover anything on female health. Women and men are incredibly different when it comes to hormonal patterns, cycles, regulation and how the body responds to stress.

The Female Blueprint is an interactive course designed for individuals or health coaches who want to better understand the female body over multiple sessions and modules designed and lead by Nicole.

This course covers:

  • Female anatomy and cycle hormonal regulation

  • The 4 stages of female hormones through a lifecycle

  • Most common menstrual cycle abnormalities

  • Nutrition, movement & lifestyle strategies to support hormonal health

  • The Stress Axis and Neurotransmitters

  • Alternative therapies to help managing stress, sleep & energy levels

  • Exam and certification

This guided course will give you the knowledge and tools to take charge of your own health and support others with theirs confidently. The online modules can be worked through at your own pace with access to Nicole to ask any specific questions throughout the whole course period until the exam. When passing the exam at 80%+, you will gain a certificate to keep and display.

TWWC WOMEN'S health champion training

Our Women’s Health Champion Training is for workplaces and organisations to support their female colleagues day to day. We’ve all been in a management training where Steve from finance (sorry Steve) is presenting on a topic like managing menopause in 1:1’s that he’s had no training in himself, reading from a document and doesn’t know how to answer any questions thrown at him. Our Women’s Health Champion Training fixes that. It focuses on building confidence, awareness, and culture change around supporting women in the workplace

This course covers:

  • Understanding the hormone landscape of women (menstruation, peri-menopause, menopause, fertility)

  • Recognising how symptoms affect performance, communication, and wellbeing

  • Breaking stigma and silence around women’s health at work

  • How to start and encourage supportive, sensitive conversations with colleagues

  • Champion role clarity: what they can and can’t do

  • Workplace and policy awareness & adjustments: flexible working, temperature control, uniform policies, breaks, rest areas etc.

  • End-of-training exam

  • Resource booklet included

  • Certificate of completion (CPD accreditation available)

This workplace training can be delivered online or in-person and tailored to your company’s needs. We would recommend the small group online training for 3-5 people, or the in-person training day for 10-15 people.
